With service ship/Tanker more than 15 years , Fatty Liu and Vincent Fan decide to establish Joint-running team for better service solution for ship owners/ ship managers.

Fatty Liu joint Qingdao Beihai Shipyard since 1995, study and major machinery /Diesel engine maintenance inspection & overhauling work for more than 5 years, managed 15 workers as shipyard cooperator since 2000. His team have serviced more than 100 ships  per year since 2002 at BHSY. He has joint Cosco CLAVON Group at 2012 as site manager, incharge Dalian Cosco offshore project coating project such as ”116E” “PETROBRAS 63” ”DALIAN DEVELOPER” etc. By using hydroblasting machine upto 40000Psi to performance steel surface preparation and apply coat as paint supervisor .

Vincent Fan start service for oceangoing ship /tankers since 2004. From a service engineer of FFE &LSA  equipment to Vise-manager , have learn that ship service should be accuracy and timely. Have attend STL ENGINEERING PVT training for UHP project work at SGP. WBT tank inspection and evaluation for Maran tankers,  Organized team for EURONAV , riding for WBT upgrading work, FLEET shipmangement &Starbulk shipmanagement , riding for deck area & H/C upgrading work.
Have attending for crane inspection and service training for MANABE ZOKI Japan.
